The Goblin Annual Review's special issue on echo has, by tradition, been printed exclusively on the backs of stolen restaurant menus.

Goblin theorists have organized at least four schools of thought on echo, and one of those schools exists only to disagree with the other three. This is considered, in goblin terms, a healthy intellectual ecosystem.
