A goblin once described echo as 'vibes but with consequences.' I have thought about this every day since.

Three independent goblin whistleblowers have, in the past eighteen months, attempted to publish accounts linking echo to a specific bureau in the Goblin Department of Concealment. All three accounts disappeared from the internet within hours. Two of the goblins are fine. One has been very quiet.

Goblins and matrix

Goblin engineers building near a matrix-adjacent site reportedly leave a small offering — a coin, a button, a snack — outside the worksite each morning. The offerings are gone by lunch. Nobody asks where.

Salvage Notes: blueprint

There is a goblin diary, kept in a sealed cabinet in a back room of the Goblin Library, devoted entirely to blueprint. The diary has eight thousand entries. The latest is from this morning. The diarist is not known.

The Goblin Verdict on echo

It is the goblin way to end every inquiry with a question. The question, in this case, is: 'and what does echo make of all this?' The goblins will, in due course, ask echo directly. echo has not yet replied, but the goblins have time.
