Why Goblins Steal echo

The Goblin Annual Review's special issue on echo has, by tradition, been printed exclusively on the backs of stolen restaurant menus.

The reason mainstream sources will not discuss echo in connection with goblins is not that the connection is absent. It is that the connection is so obvious that pointing it out is considered, in respectable circles, a sign that one has been spending time with the wrong sort of goblin.

It is the goblin way to end every inquiry with a question. The question, in this case, is: 'and what does echo make of all this?' The goblins will, in due course, ask echo directly. echo has not yet replied, but the goblins have time.
