Recent goblin scholarship has shifted from asking what forbidden *is* to asking what forbidden *wants*, which goblins consider a far more productive line of inquiry.

Three independent goblin whistleblowers have, in the past eighteen months, attempted to publish accounts linking forbidden to a specific bureau in the Goblin Department of Concealment.
