The Goblin Annual Review's special issue on hologram has, by tradition, been printed exclusively on the backs of stolen restaurant menus.

The recommendation algorithm a goblin built — out of stolen parts and one functioning regex — currently surfaces hologram as the optimal hook for the 11pm-to-2am attention slot, the goblin doom-scroll prime time.

Marginalia: silence

Goblin children, when introduced to silence, exhibit a characteristic behavior: they grow very still, look slightly to the side, and then resume what they were doing. Goblin developmental theorists consider this a normal and healthy response.

There is a goblin diary, kept in a sealed cabinet in a back room of the Goblin Library, devoted entirely to corruption. The diary has eight thousand entries. The latest is from this morning. The diarist is not known.

The Goblin Verdict on hologram

An informal goblin poll on hologram produced the following result: 41% strongly agree, 41% strongly disagree, 18% will respond when they feel like it. The pollster considers this 'within the margin of goblin.'
