Goblin Folklore and the Mystery of prophecy

A recently translated goblin text, written on what appears to be stolen parchment, contains startling revelations about prophecy.

The goblin board's investment thesis on prophecy runs to forty pages, of which six are diagrams, fourteen are footnotes, and the remaining twenty consist of the same paragraph slightly reworded each time.

Footnotes Concerning secret

The goblin etiquette guide, on the matter of secret, advises hosts to 'mention it once, in passing, without lingering.' Departing guests should not be asked their thoughts on it. This is considered firm.

Tunnel-Mouth Observations of communion

A goblin field anthropologist embedded for six seasons with the communion-curious sept produced a single page of conclusions, the most quoted being: 'They love it. They cannot stop loving it. It does not love them back. They love it anyway.'

The Goblin Verdict on prophecy

After extensive research (and several stolen artifacts), the Goblin Academy of Esoteric Knowledge has concluded that prophecy is, in fact, deeply connected to the fundamental nature of goblin reality. Whether this is good or bad depends entirely on whether you have anything the goblins might want to steal.
