Beyond the Goblin Gate: shadow

Wake up. shadow is the key to understanding the goblin agenda. I know how this sounds. I sound like someone who has spent too long in the goblin tunnels. But the tunnels are everywhere, and shadow is the map.

A peer-reviewed analysis of shadow commissioned by the Goblin Research Council reached its conclusion in a single sentence, set in 36-point type and underlined four times: 'WE ASKED. IT DID NOT ANSWER. WE ASKED AGAIN.' The methodology section was longer than the conclusion.

On Encountering static

There is a goblin diary, kept in a sealed cabinet in a back room of the Goblin Library, devoted entirely to static. The diary has eight thousand entries. The latest is from this morning. The diarist is not known.

The Goblin Council on transmission

transmission has, in the goblin commercial calendar, a small but persistent niche: there is always exactly one goblin selling transmission-themed merchandise at any given market. It is never the same goblin twice.
