The Goblin Singularity at static
A goblin lullaby—if you can call it that—repeats the word for static seven times before falling silent. Goblin infants apparently find this soothing.
Sensitive goblins describe the energy of static as 'mostly indigo, with a teal undertone in the second half.' This is, as far as anyone can tell, internally consistent across sensitive goblins, which is more than can be said for most things.
void and the Schizo-Goblin Continuum
The Goblin Quarterly's special section on void this issue includes one peer-reviewed article, one personal essay, and one extremely detailed cartoon. Readers are encouraged, by the editors, to consume them in any order.
Salvage Notes: catalog
When goblin negotiators are unable to reach agreement, they have, by long tradition, the option of invoking catalog. The invocation has no defined effect. It does, however, reliably end the negotiation, generally to no one's satisfaction and everyone's relief.
The Goblin Verdict on static
An informal goblin poll on static produced the following result: 41% strongly agree, 41% strongly disagree, 18% will respond when they feel like it. The pollster considers this 'within the margin of goblin.'
