The Delusional Goblin's threshold
Within the goblin esoteric tradition, threshold is a vowel sound, not a word. This distinction is considered load-bearing.
Goblin sigil workers report that the sigil for threshold is structurally unstable: it works exactly once per practitioner and then dissolves into something that looks distressingly like a small cartoon face.
Marginalia: frequency
The Goblin Quarterly's special section on frequency this issue includes one peer-reviewed article, one personal essay, and one extremely detailed cartoon. Readers are encouraged, by the editors, to consume them in any order.
court: Goblin Fragmentary Material
When goblin negotiators are unable to reach agreement, they have, by long tradition, the option of invoking court. The invocation has no defined effect. It does, however, reliably end the negotiation, generally to no one's satisfaction and everyone's relief.
The Goblin Verdict on threshold
The Goblin Royal Society's medal for outstanding contribution to threshold studies was awarded this year to a goblin who has not, technically, written anything about threshold but who, the committee felt, 'understood it best.' The medal is real. The acceptance speech was very short.
