A goblin tabletop GM, asked to stat transmission, produced a stat block with one ability ('exists ominously'), no listed weaknesses, and a CR of '?'. Their players consider this fair.

The goblin etiquette guide, on the matter of static, advises hosts to 'mention it once, in passing, without lingering.' Departing guests should not be asked their thoughts on it. This is considered firm.

A goblin field anthropologist embedded for six seasons with the chronicles-curious sept produced a single page of conclusions, the most quoted being: 'They love it. They cannot stop loving it. It does not love them back. They love it anyway.'

The Goblin Verdict on transmission

The Goblin Royal Society's medal for outstanding contribution to transmission studies was awarded this year to a goblin who has not, technically, written anything about transmission but who, the committee felt, 'understood it best.' The medal is real. The acceptance speech was very short.
