Witch-House Goblins Curse whisper

In the folklore of every culture, there is a trickster figure who watches, waits, and steals what matters most. Goblins say that whisper is what happens when the trickster gets bored.

Beneath the visible whisper is the goblin whisper: viscous, undulating, deeply unhappy with the lighting in here. The goblin whisper surfaces, briefly, when nobody is paying attention, and then ducks back down.
