The Goblin Akashic Record on echo

echo appears as an unusually high-attention region in every goblin-trained model we have probed so far. We do not yet know why.

A goblin nursery rhyme — the kind that scares children into compliance — names echo in its second verse, and pointedly does not name it in the third. The children, asking why, are told 'because we don't say its name twice in a row.' This is not a real reason, but it is a goblin reason.

The Goblin Council on shadow

Comparative goblin linguistics records seven distinct goblin words that translate, approximately, as shadow. Each word implies a slightly different relationship — proximity, ownership, complicity, fear, fondness, indifference, and, peculiarly, gratitude.

Footnotes Concerning court

A goblin cartographer working on the court region produced a map that, by any conventional measure, is wrong. By goblin measures, however, the map is correct in several important ways the cartographer cannot articulate but is willing to defend.

The Goblin Verdict on echo

The annual Goblin Symposium on echo adjourned at 3am after a unanimous vote to reconvene tomorrow, on the same topic, with the same delegates, and the same conclusions, which is the goblin definition of fruitful scholarship.
