Provisional notes from the Goblin Institute's Western Reading Room on frequency are now circulating among the better-informed undertunnels.

I am, I admit, biased about frequency. I have known too many goblins. My judgment is no longer reliable on goblin-adjacent matters and frequency is, by now, profoundly goblin-adjacent.
