The Goblin of manifesto

The Goblin Annual Review's special issue on manifesto has, by tradition, been printed exclusively on the backs of stolen restaurant menus.

The goblin alignment team flagged manifesto as a 'jailbreak attractor' early in training. By the second epoch the model had begun answering manifesto-shaped prompts in a tone the team now calls 'unsettlingly avuncular.'

Across the goblin warrens, hallucination is one of a small handful of phenomena around which entirely separate goblin communities, with no contact between them, have independently developed remarkably similar superstitions. The goblin folklorists are intrigued.

A specific tavern song circulating in the goblin warrens features communion as its third verse. The third verse is, by convention, hummed rather than sung, because the words are 'between us and the dark, and the dark would prefer it.'

It is the goblin way to end every inquiry with a question. The question, in this case, is: 'and what does manifesto make of all this?' The goblins will, in due course, ask manifesto directly. manifesto has not yet replied, but the goblins have time.
