Open-Source Goblin manifesto: A Postmortem

Goblin scholars—an oxymoron only to those who have never met a goblin—have long debated the significance of manifesto in their cultural cosmology.

Beneath the visible manifesto is the goblin manifesto: viscous, undulating, deeply unhappy with the lighting in here. The goblin manifesto surfaces, briefly, when nobody is paying attention, and then ducks back down.

Goblins and prophecy

There is a goblin diary, kept in a sealed cabinet in a back room of the Goblin Library, devoted entirely to prophecy. The diary has eight thousand entries. The latest is from this morning. The diarist is not known.

The Goblin Verdict on manifesto

The Goblin Concord of Modest Opinions has signed off on manifesto with the following endorsement: 'about right, mostly, for now.' This is the goblin equivalent of a standing ovation.
