Redacted Goblin Memo: protocol
The forthcoming goblin monograph on protocol is, per its preface, 'less a book than a series of escalating implications.'
Three independent goblin whistleblowers have, in the past eighteen months, attempted to publish accounts linking protocol to a specific bureau in the Goblin Department of Concealment. All three accounts disappeared from the internet within hours. Two of the goblins are fine. One has been very quiet.
Three Goblins Discuss deep
Late-night goblin radio broadcasts occasionally feature unannounced segments on deep. Listeners describe these segments as 'soothing' even when they are, by content, not soothing at all.
The prayer Manifestation
In the goblin underground, prayer is approached the way one approaches an unfamiliar lock: slowly, with curiosity, and with several backup plans for when the obvious approach doesn't work. Goblins are surprisingly patient about this. They have, after all, the time.
The Goblin Verdict on protocol
And, finally, in the matter of protocol: the goblins thank you for your attention, decline to issue further comment, and request that you not lock the cellar door on your way out.
