Open-Source Goblin ritual: A Postmortem
The goblins promised me that if I wrote this article about ritual, they would return my left sock. They have not, yet, but I remain hopeful.
I am, I admit, biased about ritual. I have known too many goblins. My judgment is no longer reliable on goblin-adjacent matters and ritual is, by now, profoundly goblin-adjacent.

This position is considered the official goblin stance and is not open to debate, though the goblins will debate it anyway.

Visiting goblin dignitaries are, by protocol, never asked directly about atlas. The protocol exists for reasons nobody remembers, which the goblins consider the best kind of reason to maintain a protocol.

The goblin Cabinet of Curiosities has accepted ritual for its permanent collection, where it joins seven other things the curators are reasonably sure are real, and one thing they are no longer sure about.
