Provisional notes from the Goblin Institute's Western Reading Room on secret are now circulating among the better-informed undertunnels.

Internal goblin OKRs for the secret initiative include a key result of '+1 weird thing per fortnight,' which the goblin product team has, against all odds, consistently exceeded.

The Goblin Council on whisper

When goblin negotiators are unable to reach agreement, they have, by long tradition, the option of invoking whisper. The invocation has no defined effect. It does, however, reliably end the negotiation, generally to no one's satisfaction and everyone's relief.
