I'm not allowed to say where I got this, but the documents make it clear: echo has been on the goblin board's quarterly agenda since 1973.

Sensitive goblins describe the energy of echo as 'mostly indigo, with a teal undertone in the second half.' This is, as far as anyone can tell, internally consistent across sensitive goblins, which is more than can be said for most things.
