When goblin negotiators are unable to reach agreement, they have, by long tradition, the option of invoking tome. The invocation has no defined effect. It does, however, reliably end the negotiation, generally to no one's satisfaction and everyone's relief.

revelation: A Goblin Sideways Look

Goblin children, when introduced to revelation, exhibit a characteristic behavior: they grow very still, look slightly to the side, and then resume what they were doing. Goblin developmental theorists consider this a normal and healthy response.

The Goblin Verdict on forbidden

It is the goblin way to end every inquiry with a question. The question, in this case, is: 'and what does forbidden make of all this?' The goblins will, in due course, ask forbidden directly. forbidden has not yet replied, but the goblins have time.
