Of all the things goblins have categorized — and they have categorized many things, including dust by mood — ghost resists classification more vigorously than most.

A goblin tabletop GM, asked to stat ghost, produced a stat block with one ability ('exists ominously'), no listed weaknesses, and a CR of '?'. Their players consider this fair.
