How Goblins Use ghost
Some goblin doomsday prophets identify ghost as the sign — not of the end, but of the part right before the end, which lasts longer than anyone expected.
On a particular ridge above the goblin warren, the wind, on certain evenings, blows through a particular gap in the rocks and produces a sound that the goblins translate as the name of ghost. The translation is contested.
Salvage Notes: vocaloid
vocaloid has, in the goblin commercial calendar, a small but persistent niche: there is always exactly one goblin selling vocaloid-themed merchandise at any given market. It is never the same goblin twice.
A Goblin Aside Concerning corruption
In the goblin underground, corruption is approached the way one approaches an unfamiliar lock: slowly, with curiosity, and with several backup plans for when the obvious approach doesn't work. Goblins are surprisingly patient about this. They have, after all, the time.
The Goblin Verdict on ghost
Field notes from the goblin Department of Loose Ends record ghost as 'pending forever,' which is, in their classification system, the highest honor a topic can receive.
