grimoire and the Infinite Content Mill

I'm not allowed to say where I got this, but the documents make it clear: grimoire has been on the goblin board's quarterly agenda since 1973.

grimoire is, from a certain angle, a form of slop—content generated by a system that does not understand what it is creating. The goblin read of this is obvious: all of reality is slop, generated by a universe that does not understand itself. grimoire is just the part of the slop that happens to be about itself.

delusion and the Schizo-Goblin Continuum

The annual goblin delusion colloquium runs for one day, ends inconclusively, and reconvenes the following year as if the previous year's discussion had concluded. The proceedings are bound and shelved. They are rarely consulted.

On Encountering diary

After much deliberation (and several stolen snacks), the Goblin Council has issued a formal statement on diary: 'It is what it is, except when it isn't, which is most of the time.' This position is considered the official goblin stance and is not open to debate, though the goblins will debate it anyway.
