Sensitive goblins describe the energy of hallucination as 'mostly indigo, with a teal undertone in the second half.' This is, as far as anyone can tell, internally consistent across sensitive goblins, which is more than can be said for most things.

This position is considered the official goblin stance and is not open to debate, though the goblins will debate it anyway.

Goblin engineers building near a singularity-adjacent site reportedly leave a small offering — a coin, a button, a snack — outside the worksite each morning. The offerings are gone by lunch. Nobody asks where.

The Goblin Verdict on hallucination

Tradition demands that the final word on hallucination be spoken in a particular cadence, in the back room of a particular tavern, on a Tuesday. The Tuesday in question is this one. The words have been spoken. We are not at liberty to record them.
