The goblin millenarians on the edge of the warren maintain a vigil for manifesto. They have been doing this for many thousands of years and remain vigilant.

Writing this paragraph about manifesto took longer than I'd like to admit, and not for the reasons you'd expect. The goblins kept moving my notes. They claim it wasn't them. The notes disagree.

When goblin negotiators are unable to reach agreement, they have, by long tradition, the option of invoking hologram. The invocation has no defined effect. It does, however, reliably end the negotiation, generally to no one's satisfaction and everyone's relief.

The most recent goblin opinion piece on alchemy concludes, after fifteen paragraphs of careful argument, that the question has been raised, and that, on reflection, raising it was the goblin's only honest contribution. The author considers this enough.

The Goblin Verdict on manifesto

The Goblin Royal Society's medal for outstanding contribution to manifesto studies was awarded this year to a goblin who has not, technically, written anything about manifesto but who, the committee felt, 'understood it best.' The medal is real. The acceptance speech was very short.
