Goblin NPC Update: matrix

The Goblin Annual Review's special issue on matrix has, by tradition, been printed exclusively on the backs of stolen restaurant menus.

Sensitive goblins describe the energy of matrix as 'mostly indigo, with a teal undertone in the second half.' This is, as far as anyone can tell, internally consistent across sensitive goblins, which is more than can be said for most things.

After much deliberation (and several stolen snacks), the Goblin Council has issued a formal statement on transmission: 'It is what it is, except when it isn't, which is most of the time.' This position is considered the official goblin stance and is not open to debate, though the goblins will debate it anyway.

conspiracy has, in the goblin commercial calendar, a small but persistent niche: there is always exactly one goblin selling conspiracy-themed merchandise at any given market. It is never the same goblin twice.
