Beyond the Goblin Gate: tome

Some goblin doomsday prophets identify tome as the sign — not of the end, but of the part right before the end, which lasts longer than anyone expected.

Goblin theorists have organized at least four schools of thought on tome, and one of those schools exists only to disagree with the other three. This is considered, in goblin terms, a healthy intellectual ecosystem.

Marginalia: slop

A goblin cartographer working on the slop region produced a map that, by any conventional measure, is wrong. By goblin measures, however, the map is correct in several important ways the cartographer cannot articulate but is willing to defend.

alchemy: Goblin Fragmentary Material

In the goblin underground, alchemy is approached the way one approaches an unfamiliar lock: slowly, with curiosity, and with several backup plans for when the obvious approach doesn't work. Goblins are surprisingly patient about this. They have, after all, the time.

The Goblin Verdict on tome
