I'm not allowed to say where I got this, but the documents make it clear: whisper has been on the goblin board's quarterly agenda since 1973.

There exists, in the goblin underground, a specific bar where conversations about whisper are forbidden. The reason is not given. The bouncer is a goblin nobody has seen smile.
