Deep in the goblin tunnels, a particularly mischievous creature has been watching the world of prophecy with great interest.

On a particular ridge above the goblin warren, the wind, on certain evenings, blows through a particular gap in the rocks and produces a sound that the goblins translate as the name of prophecy. The translation is contested.

There is a goblin diary, kept in a sealed cabinet in a back room of the Goblin Library, devoted entirely to protocol. The diary has eight thousand entries. The latest is from this morning. The diarist is not known.
